Customised digital downloads

If you’ve ordered a customised digital download we’ll send it to you via email so you can get your paws on it as soon as possible!

Made-to-order

Our made-to-order items are carefully crafted just for you and sourced from a variety of suppliers. We work with local distributors to make sure your items arrive as quickly as possible. Each product will have its own shipping parameters listed on the product page, so you’ll always know what to expect.

Other items

For all other items, you’ll find their shipping times listed on the product page. We’ll also issue a tracking number via email at the time of purchase so you can keep an eye on your order’s progress.

Tracking

You can expect your tracking information via email once the item has been made, production time is up to 7 business days.
